The beautiful girls of Tel-Aviv are working during the week, so answer (a) is incorrect.
Saturday afternoon in Tel-Aviv, is full of families with lots of kids walking in all directions and you may have difficulties spotting the beautiful girls in the crowd. (Also, girls are going to party Friday nights and they are probably still sleeping in the afternoon of Saturday).
Friday is the beginning of the weekend in Tel-Aviv. The correct answer is (b). Maybe this video which I filmed on a Friday afternoon will convince you.
